In order to thoroughly implement the Three-year Action Plan for Intelligent Transformation and Digital Transformation of Jiangsu Manufacturing Industry (2022-2024), further promote the development of intelligent manufacturing in our province, strengthen the construction of intelligent manufacturing service system and service capacity, and help the construction of intelligent transformation number into service resource pool of the provincial manufacturing industry, We are now organizing the application and selection of leading service agencies for intelligent manufacturing in Jiangsu Province in 2023, and the relevant matters are notified as follows:

1. Declaration conditions

The applicant shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Registered in Jiangsu Province, with independent legal personality and normal operation for more than one year (as of December 31, 2022).

(b) In 2022, the main business income is not less than 30 million yuan, with a sound financial management organization and system.

(3) honesty and law-abiding, no major or above safety, environmental protection, quality accidents have occurred in the past three years, and no serious breach of trust.

(4) Has a strong comprehensive integrated service ability and perfect service system, has a good brand influence and resource integration force in the declaration industry, has formed three or more replicable, can be promoted, and strong demonstration of the scene case.

(5) Have independent core technologies, including no less than 6 authorized patents related to intelligent manufacturing system integration technology (no less than 1 invention patent) or no less than 10 software Copyrights related to intelligent manufacturing, and no intellectual property infringement in the past three years.

(6) Meet the requirements of the "Intelligent Manufacturing System solution Supplier Specification Conditions" issued by the National Intelligent Manufacturing System Solution Supplier Alliance, priority selection and recommendation.

2. Relevant requirements

(1) Please prepare the Declaration of Jiangsu Intelligent Manufacturing Leading Service Organizations (see Annex 1), and apply to the municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of the district where it is located. The reporting unit shall be responsible for the authenticity of the reporting materials.

(2) The municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of each district shall strictly examine and check the declaration materials of the reporting units, effectively improve the quality of the reporting work, and submit the declaration form (in duplicate), summary table (see Annex 2) and other documents in formal form to the provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology before April 28. The electronic version of the documents shall be sent to 407107252@qq.com. Any overdue documents will not be accepted. The relevant materials of Kunshan City, Taixing City and Shuyang County reporting units shall be uniformly submitted by the municipal Industry and information Bureau.

(3) The selected units will be included in the unified management of the provincial manufacturing intelligent transformation number service resource pool, and the provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology will organize experts or entrust a third party to evaluate. The selected units shall take the initiative to cooperate with relevant evaluation and publicity work.
