Changzhou is located in the north latitude of 31°09 'to 32°04' and east longitude of 119°08 'to 120°12'. It is located in the south of Jiangsu Province and the hinterland of the Yangtze River Delta. It borders Wuxi in the east, Nanjing and Zhenjiang in the west, Wuxi and Xuancheng in Anhui in the south, and faces Shanghai and Nanjing at an equal distance, with advantageous location conditions.
Changzhou has jurisdiction over Jintan, Wujin, New North, Tianning, Zhonglou 5 administrative districts, Liyang city 1 county-level city, the city has a total of 33 towns, 29 streets. The total land area is 437,200 hectares, of which the land area is 331,000 hectares, the water area is 106,200 hectares, and the arable area is 152,500 hectares.
