Jiangsu Zhongguancun Science and Technology Industrial Park is a high-tech industrial park jointly established by Changzhou Municipal People's Government and Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park Management Committee, located in Liyang Economic Development Zone, with a planned area of about 40 square kilometers, relying on the "Zhongguancun" brand, science and technology, talents, projects and other resource advantages, giving full play to Changzhou's location and transportation advantages. At the same time, supporting effective financial support such as Jiangsu Zhongguancun Science and Technology Industrial Park equity investment Fund, we are trying to build a "five parks and one district", namely: software industrial park, health industrial park, green energy industrial park, electronic information industrial park, high-end equipment and general aviation industrial park and R&D institution gathering area.

Jiangsu Zhongguancun High-tech Industrial Development Zone is located in the west of Liyang's main urban area, with a total planning area of 118.08 square kilometers. At present, it has settled more than 2,500 enterprises and formed four leading industries: power battery, power transmission and transformation, high-end equipment manufacturing, and automobiles and parts.

In 2020, the provincial high-tech zones in the province will rank first, and the park will be awarded the titles of national high-tech zone construction pilot unit, national science and technology enterprise incubator, and provincial characteristic town Liyang Lixiang Town.
