Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureaus (Construction Commissions) of each district and city: In order to implement the relevant requirements of the "Guiding Opinions of the Housing and Urban Rural Development Department on Promoting the Coordinated Development of Intelligent Construction and Building Industrialization" (Jianshi [2020] No. 60) and the "Implementation Plan for Promoting the Development of Intelligent Construction in Jiangsu Province (Trial)" (Su Jian Jian Guan [2022] No. 259), and accelerate the application of intelligent construction technology, To promote the transformation, upgrading, and high-quality development of the construction industry in our province, after research, it has been decided to organize the evaluation of the 2023 Jiangsu Province Intelligent Construction Pilot Project. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1、 Application conditions and materials

（1） Application Project 1. Project Requirements. All housing and municipal infrastructure projects built within the jurisdiction of our province can be declared and comply with the basic construction procedures. The total construction area of the project should not be less than 50000 square meters in principle. 2. Technical requirements. According to the "Jiangsu Province Intelligent Construction Pilot Project Evaluation Indicators (Trial)", there are two or more practical applications in the construction industry internet, BIM technology application, construction robots and intelligent equipment, intelligent construction management, and other aspects, and results have been achieved.

（2） The main body of the application unit is the general contracting unit of the project, which can independently apply or jointly apply with the project construction unit, design unit, and technical service unit.

（3） The deadline for declaration is September 28, 2023.

（4） Application Material 1. "Jiangsu Province Intelligent Construction Pilot Project Application Form" (see Annex 1). 2. Project overview, project compliance construction procedure documents, intelligent construction organization planning plan, application advantages and basic conditions, intelligent construction technology application report, expected results of intelligent construction project, and other explanatory supplementary materials.

2、 Declaration Procedure

（1） Enterprises voluntarily apply for the Jiangsu Province Intelligent Construction Pilot Project and submit the "Jiangsu Province Intelligent Construction Pilot Project Application Form" and related materials to the construction administrative department at the district and city level.

（2） After the preliminary review and approval of the recommended district and city level construction administrative department in accordance with relevant requirements, the "Jiangsu Province Intelligent Construction Pilot Project Recommendation Summary Table" (Attachment 2) and relevant materials shall be submitted to the Department of Construction Market Supervision before October 15th.

（3） Our department will organize experts to evaluate the project materials and on-site applications submitted by the applicant units based on the "Jiangsu Province Intelligent Construction Pilot Project Evaluation Indicators (Trial)". Those listed as intelligent construction pilot projects will be included in typical cases of intelligent construction projects in Jiangsu Province and announced through evaluation.

3、 Supporting policies

（1） For intelligent construction pilot projects, priority should be given to recommending the "Yangtze Cup" and other provincial-level related awards.

（2） Priority will be given to supporting the application of provincial construction technology achievement awards, Huaxia construction science and technology awards, etc. for the technical achievements achieved in the intelligent construction pilot project.

（3） Priority will be given to the technical implementation units and individuals of the intelligent construction pilot project in terms of evaluation and prioritization.

（4） Encourage bidders to include the selection of bidding units' participating projects as intelligent construction pilot projects in the engineering bidding documents as the bidding selection factor.
