Industrial and Information Technology Bureaus of each district and city, Kunshan City, Taixing City Shuyang County Bureau of Industry and Information Technology: According to the "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Organizing the Identification of the Sixth Batch of National Industrial Design Centers and the Approval of the First, Second, and Fourth Batches" (Gong Xin Ting Zheng Fa Han [2023] No. 199, Attachment 1) and the "Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Issuing the" Management Measures for the Identification of National Industrial Design Centers "(Gong Xin Ting Zheng Fa Han [2023] No. 93, hereinafter referred to as the" Measures ", Attachment 2) The requirements for organizing enterprises to apply for the recognition of the sixth batch of national industrial design centers and the review of the first, second, and fourth batches are hereby notified as follows:

1、 Regarding the application for the sixth batch of national industrial design centers

According to the requirements of the notice issued by the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, local industrial and information technology departments are requested to select and recommend enterprises that have achieved significant construction results in industrial design centers in recent years and have outstanding advantages in the same industry in China, based on the conditions of the "Measures".

2、 Regarding the review of the first, second, and fourth batches of national industrial design centers

Please organize 10 national level industrial design center enterprises, including Children's and Children's Products Co., Ltd. (Attachment 3), including Nanjing, Wuxi, Xuzhou, Changzhou, Suzhou, Nantong, Yancheng, Zhenjiang, and Kunshan Industrial and Information Technology Bureaus to participate in the review work in accordance with the requirements of the review work. The requirements for the filling method and submission time of the review materials are consistent with the sixth batch of national industrial design centers.

3、 Relevant requirements

（1） Job requirements: Participating in the national industrial design center certification (review) is an important means to guide the innovative development of industrial design and enhance design capabilities of enterprises. Please attach great importance to all regions, do a good job in publicity and organization, strictly check the authenticity and accuracy of application and review materials, and recommend based on merit to ensure that the application and recommendation work in our province is completed on time and with good quality. In the process of application, recommendation, and preliminary review, fees shall not be charged to the enterprise in any form.

（2） Process timing

1. Recommended for initial review in various regions. Before August 20th, various regions shall organize the application and preliminary review, submit the list of recommended enterprises and summary table (Attachment 4) in written form, as well as the paper materials (in one copy) and electronic versions (CD) of the national level center recognition (review) filled out offline by the enterprises;

2. Enterprise online reporting. Before August 25th, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology will organize an expert review and assign online application accounts to relevant enterprises that have passed the review (the accounts will be distributed separately). The applicant shall fill in the required information online through the Industrial Design Center Management System (website: www.id center. org. cn), and the content and material format filled in shall comply with the requirements of the Measures. The enterprise applying for recognition shall fill out the "National Industrial Design Center Application Form" online, and the reviewing enterprise shall fill out the "National Industrial Design Center Review Form" online, and upload relevant application materials as required (technical consultation: 010-68207157/18611972722);

3. Print and submit online. Before August 28th, our department will conduct an online audit. After passing the audit, enterprises will print the application materials online (in duplicate) and promptly submit them to the Production Service Department of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology.
