The relevant work requirements are hereby notified as follows:

1、 Please organize relevant gathering areas and enterprises to participate in various selection and confirmation work in accordance with the relevant application guidelines, and provide relevant services related to enterprises and parks. Please refer to Annex 1, Annex 2, and Annex 3 for the relevant application guidelines.

2、 The Development and Reform Commission of the designated district or city is responsible for organizing preliminary selection and submitting relevant materials in a timely manner according to the timeline. This declaration has a strict time limit and will not be accepted if it is overdue.

1. Apply for recommendation. According to the requirements of the "Notice of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission on Promoting Invisible Approval (Service) in the Provincial Development and Reform System" (Su Fa Gai Ban Fa [2017] No. 979), online application and recommendation for cluster areas and leading enterprises are conducted through the "Jiangsu Development and Reform Commission Flagship Store" on the Jiangsu Provincial Government Service Network（ http://www.jszwfw.gov.cn/ ）And submit paper application materials. The pilot unit for the integration of the two industries shall provide paper application materials.

2. Summarize and report. Please guide service industry cluster areas, enterprises, and pilot units of integration of the two industries that meet the application conditions to bind the application form and attachment materials in order into two copies by the Development and Reform Commission of the designated district or city; After summarizing the application materials, the official documents will be sent to the Service Industry Office of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission (Building C, Hongrui Building, Gulou District, Nanjing) via postal EMS on September 9, 2023 (Thursday).
