According to the Notice of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology on the identification of Provincial science and technology enterprise incubators in 2023 (Suke Gaofa [2023] 55, hereinafter referred to as the "Provincial Incubator Notice") and the Notice of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology on the registration of provincial maker Spaces in 2023 (Suke Gaofa [2023] 56), Hereinafter referred to as the "Provincial Mass Maker Space Notice"), is now organized to carry out Changzhou 2023 provincial science and technology business incubator and mass maker space recommendation work, the relevant matters notice is as follows:

1. Each applicant shall fill in the declaration form, provide certification materials and complete the application materials review form in accordance with the requirements of the Provincial Incubator Notice and the Provincial Maker Space Notice, and submit it to the local science and technology competent department after sealing it; Among them, the provincial incubator declaration institutions must log in to the Jiangsu Government Affairs service network and submit relevant declaration materials online after registration. Each reporting unit shall effectively strengthen the responsibility of the legal person, bear the main responsibility for the authenticity, effectiveness and integrity of the declaration materials, and prohibit falsification of data and other acts of fraud. Those who violate the requirements and practice fraud will be dealt with in accordance with relevant provisions.

2. Local science and technology authorities shall, in accordance with the requirements of the Provincial Incubator Notice and the Provincial Maker Space Notice, organize the recommendation of the provincial science and technology business incubator and maker space, cooperate with the review of the application materials and the on-site verification of the applicant. After the application materials review form and the letter of credit commitment of the competent authorities are sealed, We will recommend and report qualified science and technology business incubators and mass maker Spaces.

3. The paper application materials shall be made into a book (in two copies) according to the list and binding order, which shall be collected by the local science and technology authorities together with the application materials review form and the letter of credit commitment of the competent authorities, and submitted to Changzhou Productivity Development Center (Room 402, Building 3, No.456 Canal Road, Xinbei District) before 17:00 on May 16 (Tuesday).

4. Changzhou Science and Technology Bureau will organize experts to review the application materials recommended by local science and technology authorities in accordance with the review requirements of the Provincial Incubator Notice and the Provincial Mass Maker Space Notice. Science and technology business incubators and maker Spaces that pass the review and meet the recommended conditions will be reported after being publicized on the official website of Changzhou Science and Technology Bureau.
