Notice on publicizing the list of the second batch of high-tech enterprises to be renamed in 2023 in Jiangsu Province

According to the "Measures for the Administration of the Identification of High-tech Enterprises" (GuoKefei [2016] No. 32), "Guidelines for the Identification and Management of high-tech enterprises" (GuoKefei [2016] No. 195), "Operating Procedures for the Name Change of High-tech Enterprises (Trial)" (Sugao Enterprise Association Office [2017] No. 6) and "On the application for the name change of high-tech enterprises and the overall relocation The relevant provisions of the Supplementary Notice on related Matters (Sugao Enterprise Association Office (2019) No. 6) propose to agree that 15 high-tech enterprises such as Nanjing Heller Automobile System Co., LTD. (see the annex for the list) should be renamed and publicized. Notice of relevant matters is as follows:

1. Time for publicity and objection

The publicity time shall be 10 working days from the date of publication. Any unit or individual who has objections to the proposed new high-tech enterprise may raise objections within the publicity period.

2. Methods of dissent

Objections should be made in writing, with specific reasons for the objection and relevant factual evidence. If you raise an objection in the name of an individual, you need to state your unit, job title, contact address and telephone number, and sign your name; To raise objections in the name of the unit, the contact person and telephone number should be indicated, and the official seal of the unit should be affixed. If there is any confidential content of the objection, please explain.

3. Handling of objections

The objection shall be investigated by the Office of the provincial high-tech enterprise accreditation Management Coordination Group, and the investigation results shall be reported to the provincial high-tech enterprise accreditation Management Coordination group for handling.
