In order to implement the spirit of documents such as "Changzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Zone Cultivation Implementation Plan (Trial)", "Changzhou Intelligent Transformation and Digital Transformation of Manufacturing Industry Action Plan", "Implementation Plan on promoting" ten chain breakthrough, hundred enterprise leadership, thousand landscape Application "in the city's intelligent transformation and digital transformation", and further optimize the city's intelligent manufacturing development ecosystem, To enhance the development level of intelligent manufacturing in our city, accelerate the construction of an international intelligent manufacturing city, build the industrial axis of the Yangtze River Delta, and promote the high-quality development of manufacturing, we are now organizing the application of Changzhou intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Zone in 2023, and the relevant matters are notified as follows:

1. Declaration conditions

(1) The subject of the application is the township, street or development zone where the industrial park (concentration area) is located;

(2) The industrial park (concentration area) has the main traffic road, river, etc. as the boundary, the geographical scope is clear, and the declaration area is determined by the declaration department;

(3) The total output value of the industrial enterprises in the industrial park (concentration area) shall reach 3 billion yuan, and the number of industrial enterprises in the industrial park shall not be less than 50;

(4) Industrial parks (concentration areas) with distinctive industrial characteristics and intensive concentration, leading industrial development focuses on the construction of ten advanced manufacturing clusters in our city;

(5) The quality and efficiency of enterprise development in industrial parks (concentration areas) are good, and the transformation effect is obvious, and the proportion of class A and Class B enterprises in the comprehensive evaluation of resource intensive utilization of industrial enterprises on the annual regulation is more than 90%.

2. Declaration procedures

The township (street, development zone) where the industrial park (concentration area) is located shall apply to the industry and information department of the municipality or district under its jurisdiction according to the requirements of the "Changzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Zone Cultivation Implementation Plan (Trial)". And submit "Changzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Zone Declaration" (Annex 1) and relevant certification materials, "Changzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Zone cultivation and construction Summary table" (Annex 2). The municipal and district industrial and information information departments under the jurisdiction shall review and summarize the documents and submit them to the Municipal Industrial and Information Bureau.

3. Relevant requirements

The municipal and district Industry and Information Technology (Economic development) Bureau and Changzhou Economic Development Zone Economic Development Bureau shall submit the recommended documents and application materials in one copy to the Equipment Industry Department of the Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau before April 28, and submit the electronic documents simultaneously.
