All relevant units:

 According to the "Interim Measures for the Evaluation and Award of Excellent scientific and technological Papers in Natural Science of Changzhou City" (No. 104 of the Chang Government Office (2005)), it was decided to carry out the 17th evaluation and award of excellent scientific and technological papers in natural science of Changzhou City. The relevant matters of paper application and award work are hereby notified as follows:

1. Declaration conditions and scope

1. Papers are limited to scientific and technological papers published within two years from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2022.

2. Excellent scientific and technological papers of science and technology workers in our city can be declared. The author of the paper cooperated with the foreign city staff must be the first author before applying for the award.

3. The papers submitted must be published in journals approved by the national publishing administration, or science, engineering, agriculture, medicine and interdisciplinary papers published in corresponding foreign (overseas) journals; Published papers in soft science, such as investigation reports, consulting suggestions, countermeasure studies, etc. Technical work summary, test report, data compilation, product and project design scheme, technical description, inspection report, etc. are not included in the selection scope.

4. Papers that have been awarded at or above the municipal level will no longer participate in the declaration.

2. Declaration procedures

1. For network application, all units shall click the icon of "Online Service Hall" on the official website of Changzhou Association for Science and Technology (http://kx.jscz.org.cn/) and select the corresponding identity

2. Application materials:

(1) Fill in the "Changzhou 17th Excellent Scientific and Technological Paper Application Form of Natural Science" according to the requirements of the declaration system.

(2) Application of papers and related materials: upload electronic documents of papers (PDF format); Upload the cover, table of contents and scanning copy of the paper text of the journal in which the paper is published; Upload scanned copies of relevant supporting materials such as search certificates and research project certificates that reflect the results of the paper;

(3) The application materials of the paper need to be verified by the recommended unit, the paper version of the application form is printed and generated by the application system, and one copy is sent to the municipal Science and Technology Association Department after the seal of each recommended unit.

3. Application deadline: April 15, 2023.

4. Application channels: Papers can be recommended by municipal associations, municipal (district) science and technology associations, enterprises and institutions, and universities, and individuals can also directly apply.

5. Limited to 2 articles per person.

3. Awards and commendations

1. The selection of Changzhou Natural science excellent scientific and technological papers shall have a number of first, second and third prizes, which shall be implemented according to the specific selection criteria formulated by the Municipal Natural Science excellent scientific and technological Papers Evaluation Committee;

2. The selection of excellent scientific and technological papers of Changzhou Natural Science shall be issued by the municipal government, and the winners shall be commended and rewarded.

4. Relevant requirements

1. All relevant units should attach great importance to the organization and launch work seriously, and encourage the majority of scientific and technological workers to participate in the evaluation of papers.

2. The selection of excellent scientific and technological papers of natural science is a rigorous work, and all relevant units must take it seriously, adhere to standards, prevent fraud, and strive to truly reflect the academic research level of various disciplines of natural science and engineering technology in our city.

3. All relevant units shall collect papers extensively and report them on time.
