1. Scope of support

2. Declaration principles

(1) Centering on the center and providing services for development. The reporting units and projects should work around the municipal Party committee and the municipal government center, conform to the development policies and support directions of relevant industries in the province and the city, contribute to the promotion of local economic development and social harmony, and contribute to the service and improvement of people's livelihood.

3. Declare matters

(1) territorial declaration. The project application unit shall provide the application materials to the market supervision and administration Bureau of the place of registration or the municipality (district) where the project is located as required.

(2) Filing online and offline simultaneously

1. Online application: The applicant shall log in the "Changzhou Innovation and Entrepreneurship Service platform http://www.czcycx.com/", click on the "Policy Service" section, select the corresponding application project for application, and upload relevant materials. The uploaded materials shall be consistent with the written application materials, and all materials shall be scanned and uploaded in a PDF. 2. Offline declaration: Written declaration materials shall be based on the municipality (district) as the unit, which shall be unified by the municipal (district) Market Supervision Bureau and submitted to the window of Changzhou Innovation and Entrepreneurship Service platform (D1 window on the third floor, No. 1-2, Changzhou Municipal Government Service Center). The written materials shall be made in one copy, which shall have a cover sheet, a list of contents and be bound into a book. All copies shall be stamped with the official seal of the organization to confirm consistency with the original.

(3) Time limit for acceptance. The deadline for online and offline declaration is April 10, 2023, and late application will not be accepted. The deadline for submission by municipalities (districts) is April 15, 2023.

(4) Special matters. If the completion time of the standard development project meets the declaration requirements, but fails to obtain the official text of the standard within the specified time, the situation statement shall be submitted within the declaration period (in duplicate), which shall be confirmed as the basis for the next annual declaration.
