New progress has been made in the construction of key projects in our district! On the morning of August 28th, the second phase of the new construction project in Science and Technology Innovation Water Town officially began.

Located in the core area of the high-speed rail new city, it covers a total area of 80000 square meters, with a total construction area of 280000 square meters and a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan. It is planned to be completed and delivered by 2026. The project relies on the unique geographical advantages of the high-speed rail new city, integrating the cultural, industrial, transportation and other agglomeration advantages of the high-tech zone, and further amplifies the portal effect of the high-speed rail hub. It will create a garden style innovation industrial park that integrates multiple core functions such as high-end enterprise headquarters, zero carbon innovation center, industrial development center, exchange experience center, public management and service, and set a benchmark for modern industrial office parks in the city.

since this year on

15 new industrial and technological innovation carrier projects have been started and completed in the high-tech zone, with 16 completed projects. High rise buildings such as the high-tech square, the navigation building, and the green innovation building are standing tall in the headquarters base; Accelerate the construction of major transportation infrastructure such as the Changtai River Crossing Channel, Changtai Railway, and Longjiang Road Elevated Line; Innovative carriers such as BYD Phase II, China National Energy Changzhou Phase II, and Hequan Pharmaceutical R&D Center are constantly gathering, injecting a continuous stream of power into the sustained and healthy development of regional economy and society. At the same time, the high-tech zone adheres to the requirements of high-quality development, continuously improves the quality and level of service industry development, and has issued a three-year action plan and related support policies to promote the high-quality development of modern service industry, focusing on creating the optimal business environment.

Hang Hongwei, Deputy Director and Deputy District Mayor of the District Management Committee, and Ge Yafang, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman, and General Manager of the High Speed Rail New City Company and Changxin Group jointly laid the foundation for the project. The district administrative approval bureau issues construction permits for the project.
