The industrial wastewater discharge enterprises of Wuhan High tech Co., Ltd. are mainly photovoltaic, electronic and mechanical manufacturing enterprises. The wastewater composition is complex, and the water quality and quantity change greatly. The park is located in the the Taihu Lake Lake basin, so the tailwater discharge requirements are high. For this reason, the Changzhou Wuhan High tech Industrial Sewage Treatment (Phase I) project with a designed treatment capacity of 30000 tons/day (which may reach 50000 tons/day in the future) has emerged. We mainly deal with industrial wastewater within the management scope of Wuhan High tech, while also taking into account the industrial wastewater of Qianhuang, Lijia, and Luoyang towns. "Zhou Qing, the general manager of Changzhou Wuhan High tech Daosheng Ecological Co., Ltd., introduced that the project covers a total area of nearly 40000 square meters and adopts the collection concept of" dividing quality and area ". Through two sets of pipeline systems for comprehensive wastewater and heavy metal wastewater, the two types of industrial wastewater are collected and treated separately. At present, the construction of a 48 kilometer pipeline network has been basically completed. For enterprises with low emissions in surrounding areas and unsuitable for pipeline laying, tank trucks are used for transportation, and through reasonable coordination and allocation, the service range of transportation is effectively expanded.

We are conducting water inlet debugging, synchronously connecting with enterprises in the park, and doing a good job in pipeline connection. Zhou Qing stated that the project follows the "Green Island" model and adopts more advanced and mature "physicochemical pre-treatment+biochemical treatment+deep treatment" processes to achieve high-quality treatment of industrial and domestic wastewater, effectively reducing the burden and pressure of sewage treatment for sewage discharging enterprises. The project is expected to be officially put into operation by the end of the year. The construction of the industrial green island project has been stepped up, and the online sludge dewatering system produced by Shupeng Shi Water Technology (Changzhou) Co., Ltd., a new force in the green intelligent equipment industry, has also played a greater role in the comprehensive treatment of the water environment of the Taihu Lake Lake and Gehu Lake. This system is similar to a container, although it is small in size, its effectiveness is very powerful. Combined with geotextile bag solidification technology, it has a daily processing capacity of 9000 meters below water. After fully enclosed dehydration, the geotextile bags can be stacked in multiple layers, reducing floor space.

The water drained from the geotextile bag is higher than the original water body, so it can return to the original water body. In the later stage, grass seeds are sprinkled on the dried sludge as part of the Gehu Lake landscape, which can also beautify the environment. "Wang Haixia, project manager of Shupenshi Water Technology (Changzhou) Co., Ltd., introduced. Shupengshi is a professional provider of intelligent drainage system solutions. It is the first to integrate innovative technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things into the domestic drainage engineering equipment manufacturing, and has developed a series of highly intelligent and technologically advanced integrated products. From January to August this year, the company's sales revenue reached 50 million yuan.
