Since 2017, Changzhou National High tech Zone has taken the lead in launching the land use census for industrial enterprises in Changzhou, collecting 106 professional data related to 24 departments such as economic development, national land, and planning. The high-tech zone quantifies the benefits per mu of industrial enterprises and projects based on indicators such as per mu output, environmental protection contribution rate, and technological contribution rate, and divides them into four categories: ABCD. The BYD New Energy Vehicle Core Parts Industrial Park project with a total investment of 10 billion yuan has started construction in Binkai District, and will form an annual production scale of 300000 sets of high-end intelligent core parts after reaching its capacity;
